Quinn was simply outstanding in helping me find my first home. As someone like myself that was new to the perils of home buying, he made it as seamless as possible. Especially in the Triangle housing market, as buyers need to be diligent and quick, he went above and beyond to get offers in and strategized different approaches to get the right price for a home that fit my budget. I appreciated his constant contact and transparency with me whether those were follow-up calls to discuss homes or house showings he seemed to be always there to answer any questions. If everyone were like Quinn, both in his professionalism, and his knowledge, the home-buying process wouldn't be considered such an ordeal! Quinn was the second REALTOR we worked with while trying to find a home to plant our roots in the area, and not only knows the area (being a native) but also knows the market and what to look for when buying and selling (having spent his entire life around real estate). He is a master of his craft and oftentimes looked out for us by seeing and calling out the things we missed (such as dried-out Masonite siding and water egress around the home), not to mention always excelled with staying on the same page with us, and knowing what our needs were. Let me premise by saying that I typically don't write reviews, but this is truly an exception. Our story about 3 months ago, my girlfriend and I made the big decision to move into a home together in the Raleigh area and we began to look at houses online. We connected with Quinn, who showed us several properties and shared his expertise thoroughly checking each property to inform us of anything we should be aware of (like repairs). In the interim, we toured (what is today) our dream home and made an offer that day. Quinn guided us through each step of the process without a hitch. The rest is history. In our experience, Quinn continues (post-close) to go above and beyond to assist where he can, provide thoughtful feedback, and be your primary advocate. We relocated to the Triangle from NY, not having a single clue as to what NC had to offer, we were lucky enough to find Quinn. Our search took over 2 years, he did not give up until we were 100% sure that we found ours forever home. Quinn has so much knowledge about NC and he also knows the ins and outs of every community. Quinn was an amazing agent! He took the time to get to know all our wants and needs with what we were looking for. He prioritized our needs and took time out of his day even if it was last minute to make sure we saw all the houses we wanted. He was very informative and educated us on the process, and homes in general. He checked everything inside the houses and continued to educate us and made sure we understood everything. Quinn helped us buy our first home in the US. He made it easy for us to understand the whole process that we will go through once we decide on a property.
