Margaret Donovan Struble

Margaret is a seasoned real estate professional who started her career in 1994 in Rockville Centre, NY where she was born and raised. In 1996, Margaret and her family relocated from Rockville Centre to Cary, NC, which marked a significant transition for them.

To familiarize herself with the real estate market in the Triangle area, Margaret worked for a builder, gaining valuable knowledge about new construction. However, her true passion lay in working one-on-one with families and helping them navigate the challenges of relocating.

Margaret and her husband, Glenn met in high school, they have six children and six grandchildren. As a result of raising a large family, Margaret has become an expert on the public and private schools in the Triangle area, as well as the North Carolina University system. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience to guide her clients, recognizing that finding the right house is just one aspect of finding the right home.

With 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Margaret has assisted numerous families with their moves within and around the Triangle. She primarily works through referrals and prefers to keep her team relatively small to maintain a personal, one-on-one approach. Although she embraces the use of technology to assist her clients, Margaret believes that her experience, knowledge, integrity, and exceptional personal service are her most valuable tools.

Living in Preston has given Margaret a unique perspective on the growth and development that has taken place in Cary and the Triangle region over the past two decades. This vantage point allows her to anticipate future trends and developments. Outside of work, Margaret takes full advantage of the favorable Carolina climate, enjoying activities such as tennis, boating, and staying updated on the latest happenings in the Triangle area.

Margaret is actively involved in various charitable endeavors. She has worked with Habitat for Humanity, raised over $70,000 for the LLS Man/Woman of the Year Campaign, and currently serves on the Boards of Catholic Charities of The Diocese of Raleigh and The Luxury Home Marketing Group of the Triangle.
